DOBLE INSULATION POWER FACTOR TESTING

Doble M4000 insulation power factor testing has long been the standard insulation test performed by most manufacturers and utilities on high voltage electrical equipment.

Power factor test results from the manufacturer and initial commissioning are used to provide the baseline for monitoring the condition of the insulation. Doble power factor tests results obtained during scheduled maintenance testing are used to monitor the present condition of the insulation. This information is then compared to the database of test results obtained from tests completed on similar equipment. This aids in the detection of insulation degradation prior to insulation failure. Frequency of testing is determined by equipment operating conditions and the value of the equipment to your facility and process.

TRANSFORMER SERVICES

We provide power transformer assembly, vacuum dry-out, and vacuum oil processing services.

We are capable of meeting the most demanding of oil processing and vacuum degassing specifications.

SF6 TESTING

We use Dilo equipment, the industry leader in SF6 equipment. Plus Orbis Engineering uses a stokes 150 cfm vacuum pump to rapidly achieve vacuum on equipment being processed.
